Great story about the connection between a mother and her daughters as she shares the mysteries of the tragedies that have happened in her past.


Allie and Bea - Catherine Ryan Hyde

Cute, relaxing story of a girl who is on the run and meets an older woman who is living in her van and traveling around California. It's an odd friendship. Predictable story but surprisingly relaxing


Eleanor Oliphant - Gail Honeyman

Meet Eleanor Oliphant: She struggles with appropriate social skills and tends to say exactly what she’s thinking. Nothing is missing in her carefully timetabled life of avoiding social interactions, where weekends are punctuated by frozen pizza, vodka, and phone chats with Mummy.
